I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, with a B.S. in Psychology from The United States Military Academy, an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, and a PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision from The Chicago School.
I have five years of experience working with trauma, couples, relationships, sex, adjustment disorder, anxiety, and depression. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy, and I am a Certified Sex Therapist (CST). My passion is helping my clients navigate relationships.
My Approach
I use an eclectic therapeutic approach that best fits my clients' needs. My goal is to ensure my clients receive the best care possible at a pace that feels comfortable. Building rapport before diving into exploring emotions and relationships is key to my approach. Together, change looks a lot less scary, and your goals are within reach.

What is your out of network deductible?
What is your reimbursement rate before the deductible is hit, and then after the deductible is hit?
You can also ask about CPT codes 90834, 90837, (individual) and 90847 or 90846 (family), or 90853 (group)to see what the reimbursement is for those codes.
